(Al-Muaminoon) 23 : 18
وَأَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسْكَنَّاهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَإِنَّا عَلَىٰ ذَهَابٍ بِهِ لَقَادِرُونَ
And We have sent down the water from the sky in a fixed measure and settled it in the earth; and indeed, We are able to take it away.
Lord has taught through His Messenger: “During the Last Era, the earth will become barren even though it gets enough rainfall”. See explanation 10: 24; 13: 16-17 and 18: 42.
